How does the PowerSlim weight loss program work? 
Unlike most crash diets, you eat at Powerslim to lose weight. The program is divided into three phases; each phase consists of approximately 6 eating moments per day and you can therefore eat something every 2.5 hours. During these eating moments you replace conventional foods with PowerSlim products, supplementing lunch and dinner with vegetables and / or meat or fish. You eat three main meals and two to three snacks per day. So you learn to eat regularly from day one. 

Phase 1: the strict phase Because you now eat little or limited carbohydrates and sugars, your body will switch to burning fat (ketosis) in order to obtain the required energy. Because of this you will quickly burn fat during this phase and lose the majority of your excess kilos, namely 80%. 

Phase 2: the transition phase In this phase you gradually start eating more carbohydrates in the form of fruit and bread. You will lose the last excess kilos and reach your desired goal weight. 

Phase 3: the stabilization phase In this final (stabilization) phase you learn to eat healthy to stabilize and maintain your new weight. In this phase you only use the PowerSlim snacks and potatoes, rice and pasta are added to the menu again. 

Starting with PowerSlim 
After a personal intake interview, you start with a starter pack containing 46 different products in various flavors. In this way you become acquainted with the products and experience which products you like best. The package contains enough PowerSlim products for 8-11 days. After these 8-11 days, we compile a weekly menu with the products that you like. You will also receive the book "Nutrition and Weight in Balance". Here you will find 14 handy weekly menus and 91 recipes. Personal guidance To be able to properly tailor the program to your personal situation, an extensive intake interview will take place. During this interview we discuss your personal wishes, objectives and health status. Your starting weight, BMI, moisture percentage, fat mass and muscle mass are also measured. You will receive advice based on this. You then come weekly for a body analysis consultation and we discuss your results, experiences, but also what you encounter and I can give advice with which you can successfully achieve your weight loss goal.
